These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nevabe Store website, including the Skyfall game and any other titles we publish here (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site's design, artwork, game code, audio, and the Nevabe Store name and logo are owned by Nevabe Store or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may play the games and view the Site for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile, or create derivative works from our games or branding without our prior written permission.
Titles listed on our Store page may include games in development. Prices shown there are indicative. No payment is collected automatically through this site — any purchase or licensing arrangement is confirmed directly with our sales team by email at sale@nevabe.store before anything is finalized.
Where we run advertising to help cover hosting costs, ads are served through established third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ad content is selected by those networks; we don't control the specific creative shown. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and cookies.
The Site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device. Game balance, scoring, and available titles may change at any time as we continue development.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevabe Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including loss of locally stored scores or data.
